ZxDoll supplies free and discreet transportation with a tracking number on all orders. The following sections will highlight more details.


Section A: Processing and Shipping Times.

1. In stock Dolls(USA/EU)

If you order sex dolls that we have in stock at our US/EU warehouse, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after we have confirmed payment. Shipping usually takes between 3-7 days.

2. Not In-stock and Custom Sex Dolls (Shipped from Manufacture Factory)

Since sex dolls are special and require complex working procedures, they may take more time to produce.

Processing time is as follows:
  • Normal Full bodied TPE dolls: 2-5 business days
  • TPE Bodies with Silicone Head (dolls): 4-8 days ( an additional 10 days if you request implanted hair)
  • Full-bodied Silicone dolls: 10-20 days (additional 10 days with painting/implanted hairs)

Section B: Shipping Options & Tracking your order

Our current shipping partners are UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, and other major carriers. We usually send the tracking number to your email box once your order is shipped, and you can track your order and contact the courier to arrange a different day for delivery if you need.

Section C: Discreet Packaging.

You will receive your doll packed in an ordinary carton box. There will be no information that alludes to the fact that it is a doll. The only instance in which it may be opened before you are the customs agents opening the doll to inspect and determine import taxes.

Section D: Shipping Destinations

We make shipments to a lot of regions and countries all over the world, including North America, Europe, and Asia. Unfortunately, we are limited by import laws and do not ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, the Philippines, India, Indonesia, Brazil, or Africa.

Section E: Other issues that may arise concern

What if I’m not around when my order arrives?
If by chance you are not home when your package is delivered, your mail person or the courier will leave a card in an attempt to schedule another delivery time or leave you information telling you where to pick up your discreetly packed order.
It may be taken to the nearest postal service area, where you can pick it up or attempt redelivery.
What if my order doesn’t arrive when I expect it?
In our experience, if your package is transferred to the wrong location or delivery time exceeds the agreed order time, the error is one only we can best correct, so contact us to find out the situation with your doll: service@zxdoll.com
