- Orders canceled within 24 hours will incur a fee of 10%.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours will have to contact customer service.
You must pay additional production and transportation fees if your order has been produced or shipped.
- If it has not yet been produced or shipped, you will be charged a $10 handling fee.
- If you receive a damaged order, you may get a partial refund, a full one, or return the item.
